Members control their own staffing preferences; no more emails, scrawled notes, or confusing voice messages. Members are responsible for telling Majozi when they are unavailable. Majozi also can handle members who do not have internet access.
Majozi also supports a division of labor for the rest of the work.
The role of an editor is for someone to create and maintain the staffing calendar of events for each period. The editor can also maintain the list of duty roles and recurring event templates.
Team managers can be delegated to maintain their team members, assign role qualifications, and help tweak schedules.
That leaves the admin as Scheduler-in-Chief, who can oversee coordination of all these roles.
